Medical myths busted by the BMJ
The bastion of medical knowledge, the British Medical Journal has released 2 articles busting a whole bunch of medical myths, including:
- We don’t use only 10% of our brains.
- Hair and fingernails don’t continue to grow after death.
- Shaving hair does not cause it to grow back faster, darker, or coarser.
- Reading in dim light does not ruin your eyesight.
- You don’t need to drink eight glasses of water a day.
